In one of the largest medical facilities transactions of 2014, CNL Healthcare Properties acquired nine Class A medical office buildings from developer Meadows & Ohly for $238 million. To ensure a timely closing based on accurate information, CNL Healthcare selected EMG to perform the Property Condition Assessments on all 907,300 total square feet in North Carolina and Georgia. The buildings ranged in age from less than five to over 25 years.
