Fitting Rooms Survey for ADA Compliance

Abercrombie & Fitch needed to know the status of their fitting rooms across 463 store locations for ADA compliance, and they needed it done in a six-week timeframe. Additionally, they were unsure of the extent of the problem and the scope of work required to fix it. They turned to EMG for assistance.


EMG created a survey to allow assessment of fitting rooms’ mirrors, hooks, and benches. All 463 stores’ fitting rooms were evaluated and conditions were reported in ProTrack, in real time. Abercrombie & Fitch was able to develop a scope of work for their facilities department to undertake to comply with ADA guidelines.
