EMG was engaged by JP Morgan Chase Bank to analyze risk and support the financing of the Extended Stay America hotel portfolio by providing Property Condition Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and Seismic Risk Assessments. A turnaround time of 8 weeks was required for all reports.
Having previously worked on the Extended Stay Hotel portfolio, EMG’s familiarity with the properties was an additional benefit to our scalable processes and technologies, and national team of subject matter experts and project managers. During the performance of the site visits and research, EMG communicated closely with the client in order to identify any property issues early in the process, provide the costs to resolve, and consult on different strategies to work through property concerns. EMG began rolling delivery of reports at 3 weeks, with the last reports meeting the contractual 8 week deadline.
