Due to the merger of Wachovia locations by Wells Fargo, EMG was selected to provide comprehensive project management services in support of the Wells Fargo ATM Lighting Program. The programs included over 2,900 ATM locations, in Wells Fargo and Wachovia locations throughout 11 states. Based on the quantity of sites and varied locations, Wells Fargo wanted a strong project management team in place, and also required the support of a centralized, dynamic database having the ability to not only track each site’s progress but to also provide real-time project updates to all project stakeholders.
EMG’s project team was asked to provide support from “start to finish” and manage each of the client’s project phases: Project Setup and Organization, Construction Document Phase, Pre-Construction/Construction Phase, Project Closeout Phase, and Reporting/ProTrack. EMG successfully managed nearly 3,000 locations for the Wells Fargo ATM/AHD Lighting Compliance Program monitoring the scope of work, schedule, reporting, KPIs, and project documents, all while maintaining the needed security levels resulted in a successful project being completed within the project timeline and budget.
