By using real-time tracking to coordinate and prepare for vendors’ deliveries of electronics product for 750 locations, the bank was able to avoid return trips and additional charges. Citizens Bank was tasked with rolling out software, flat screen TVs, and customer kiosks at over 700 locations within a 60-day window.
ProTrack was used as a reporting tool for real-time reporting and verification for the entire Citizens team, including staff, equipment suppliers, architects, and the real estate provider. Existing conditions were tracked to be sure that each retail branch was ready for the installation teams and equipment vendors. Over 750 projects were executed on time with no delays by any installation vendors; there were no increased costs from those vendors due to additional trip charges, because everything was ready to go. We gained an understanding of their problem, designed a solution for it, and implemented it, all within a 60-day window.
