With over 500 Branch Office locations across the United States, Progressive Insurance is continually looking to optimize their real estate portfolio and faces the challenge of expanding, reducing, moving, or renegotiating with existing landlords for existing office spaces ranging from 1,000 to 25,000 square feet. Progressive was challenged with determining a cost effective solution for managing this real estate process from their corporate office location in Cleveland, OH.  The Progressive Real Estate Team needed a means for seeing and evaluating sites in 49 states, usually on very short notice – less than 10 days.

Result

EMG developed a Tenant Representative Program, selecting and training a team of EMG project managers across the country that could be ready at a moment’s notice.
