EMG was referred to Hyatt Regency to remodel a former Radisson which was purchased by a union fund investment bank. Their project work required the management of rebranding lobby areas, public spaces, and their convention center—and 580 guestroom sleeping areas and bathrooms. EMG’s proven track record of keeping projects on track and on time was called into play.

Result

The EMG solution was the successful management of rebranding all guestrooms and pubic spaced with consistent results. Multi-faceted renovations also included a new poolside event lawn. The entire project was completed on time and with quality approval and confirmation.
