EMG was selected for this massive portfolio because of our strong relationship with Walker & Dunlop, our solid reputation for completing consistent and reliable assessments in extremely short timelines, and our familiarity with, and ability to meet, the strict requirements of the Freddie Mac protocol. To add to the challenge of performing engineering and environmental studies on such a numerous and geographically dispersed portfolio in only 5 weeks, Walker & Dunlop had a problem: they had received prior reports from another firm that were supposed to be to Freddie Mac protocol, but were not.
EMG began by addressing the incorrect reports, deploying our Freddie-qualified project managers to reassess the sites in question. From there we performed the rest of assessments, leveraging our national coverage and scalable processes in order to deliver to the Client on time. Throughout the project we maintained close contact with Walker & Dunlop, alerting them to any issues that would need to be resolved, and providing the level of consultation this Client has expected from us for nearly three decades.
