Office space up-fitting! Tenant improvement in office space. Building and County standards required consideration. EMG, Client, Property Manager for the LOB, and space planner discuss objectives. Specifications created by space planner, given to EMG.

Result

EMG managed the build-out of up to 40,000 sf floors, managing the installation of partitions, tile, carpet, furniture, signage, and electrical to be move-in ready. Time, Funding Source, and Client Relationship were also managed by EMG.  Walk-throughs with Wells Fargo’s Property Manager, Landlord, Property Management Company, and Lease Negotiator resulted in successful up-fitting of office spaces.
